Together\, we work with the breath as a powerful tool to cultivate energy\, focus and resilience. \nThis is an active class — not a gentle or restorative breathwork session. \nPhase 1: Awaken & Activate\nWe begin with approximately 15 minutes of active breathing\, movement and deep stretching. \nThe goal is to: \n• Wake up the body\n• Release tension and stiffness\n• Increase circulation\n• Build heat and energy \nExpect to move\, breathe\, sweat and feel fully alive. \nPlease bring: \n• Comfortable sportswear\n• A water bottle\n• A small towel \nAll movements can be adapted to individual fitness levels\, making the class accessible for beginners while still challenging and energizing for experienced practitioners. \nPhase 2: Energy & Connection\nIn the second phase\, we explore powerful breathwork techniques to connect with our energy and nervous system\, including: \n• Conscious Connected Breathing (also known as Wim Hof Breathing)\n• Breath of Fire (Kapalabhati)\n• Breath retention and breath holds \nThese practices help increase awareness\, sharpen focus and deepen the connection between body and mind. \nPhase 3: Balance & Integration\nAfter activating and expanding our energy\, we gradually settle the system through balancing and regulating practices: \n• Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)\n• Humming Breath (Bhramari)\n• Guided relaxation and meditation\n• Final Savasana \nThese techniques help balance the masculine and feminine energies within us\, regulate the nervous system and create a calm\, focused state for the day ahead. \nWhat to Expect\n• Active breathing and movement\n• Traditional Pranayama techniques\n• Conscious Connected Breathing\n• Kapalabhati (Breath of Fire)\n• Breath retention and rhythm work\n• Increased energy and vitality\n• Improved focus and mental clarity\n• Nervous system regulation\n• Guided meditation and Savasana\n• Beginner-friendly guidance \nNo previous experience is required. \nThe intention of this class is simple: leave with more energy\, a clearer mind and a stronger connection to yourself\, ready to meet the challenges and opportunities of your day.
