It combines the benefits of meditation with the benefits of movement and exercise. \n  \n\n\nWhether it is feeling the sand in your toes as you walk along the ocean\, or walking among the trees in a dense forest\, immersing yourself in nature’s beauty provides an opportunity for renewed energy and a sense of spiritual and emotional balance.\n\n\n\nOn this hike we will visit:\n\n\nParque Marechal Carmona\nBoca do Inferno\nCasa da Guia\nRibeira das Vinhas\n\n\nThis hike is guided by Sofia Lorusso\, a passionate hiker and certified Reiki and holistic practitioner.\n\n\nImportant information! \n\n\nThe starting point is Luna House at 10 am.\nBring your lunch and water.\nThe duration is approx. 4 hours.\n\nThis event is donation based! SUMMARY:Voice yoga
DESCRIPTION:What is voice yoga \nIt’s a practice that helps people open their natural voices\, no matter their range. Everyone has a beautiful sounding inside\, we only have to open our natural resources and learn how to manage them. Voice yoga is about balancing and learning how to work in a team with all your life partners. Through the practice\, you will learn how to listen and hold your line at the same time (not only by singing\, but it adds to your own life). \nHow the practice looks like\n First\, we start with a warm-up with breathing exercises and vocal-sounding practice. The main thing is to overcome the barrier of hearing your voice even if it’s shaking during the long sounding;\n Then\, we will learn words and melody: a simple healing mantra song;\n We will split the mantra into a few voices heights (depending on what is more comfortable for you);\n We will learn to hold our line and hear the partner’s voice at the same time. \nAbout the teacher\nBarbara Haienko will be leading the voice yoga class. She used to sing in the Ukrainian choir and adores polyphony sounding. \nThe schedule \nEvery Friday at 6.00 PM \nEach class will cost 10 EUR per person.  Our Cowork members will have yoga already included!

DESCRIPTION:Calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing. The art of calligraphy is like the practice of meditation. Why meditation? Because while writing with a nib\, we monitor our body and breathing. We get a state of peace. Experiments with letters\, large and small forms\, will give you the opportunity to relax\, immerse yourself in creative meditation\, get away from everyday life\, and focus on yourself.\nAt the workshop\, you will be free to create\, expand your own boundaries\, and get rid of accumulated stress and negativity\, without thinking about the rules and limitations of your creativity. \nAt this workshop\, you will be able to create your personal calligraphy logo\, a phrase\, or any font composition of your choice. The purpose of the workshop is to express yourself through pen\, ink\, and paper\, thus creating a special\, unique piece of art. The best thing you can take for yourself is a renewed look at art and your creativity. We will try to go beyond the usual calligraphy and discover new facets of ourselves. \nWorkshop program:\n– learn to hold the pen and draw lines\n– do pointed pen exercises\n– practice flourishes\n– write letters\n– compose a phrase\, word\, logo\, or any font composition of your choice \nAbout teachers: \nShpak Maria and Kristina Gubachek are calligraphers and graphic designers from Ukraine.\nThe workshop will be held in two languages: Ukrainian and English. \nDate 19.11.2022 \nTime 11Am – 2PM
