It combines the benefits of meditation with the benefits of movement and exercise.\n\n\nWhether it is feeling the sand in your toes as you walk along the ocean\, or walking among the trees in a dense forest\, immersing yourself in nature’s beauty provides an opportunity for renewed energy and a sense of spiritual and emotional balance.\n\n\n\nOn this hike we will visit:\n\n\nMercado da Vila de Cascais\nRibeira das Vinhas\nParque Urbano Penhas do Marmeleiro\n\n\n\nMercado da Vila – Cascais\n\nThis hike is guided by Sofia Lorusso\, a passionate hiker and certified Reiki and holistic practitioner.\n\nImportant information!\n\nThe starting point is Luna House at 10 am.\nBring your lunch and water.\nThe duration is approx. 4 hours.\n\nThis event is donation based! We guide you through the beautiful inside journey and show the surrounds of the soothing Cascais and you determine what the hike was worth per participant (i.e.: 5€\, 10€\, 15€\, …) \nParque Marmeleiro on a beautiful sunny day!\n
