It combines the benefits of meditation with the joy of movement and added bonus of exercise. \n\nWhether you are feeling the sand in your toes as you stroll along the ocean\, or walking among the trees in a dense forest\, immersing yourself in nature’s beauty refreshes your energy and sense of spiritual and emotional balance.\n\n\nOn this walking tour we will visit: \n\nRibeira das Vinhas\nParque Urbano Penhas do Marmeleiro\n\nThis hike is guided by Sofia Lorusso\, a passionate hiker and certified Reiki and holistic practitioner. \nImportant information: \n\nWe leave Luna House at 10 am sharp.\nBring your lunch and water.\nThe duration is approx. 4 hours.\nWear comfortable walking shoes.\n\n\n\n\nThis event is donation based!  \nWe guide you through the beautiful inside journey and show you the surroundings of the soothing Cascais and you determine what the hike was worth per participant (i.e.: 5€\, 10€\, 15€\, …) \n\n\n  \n  \n  \nMore related events: \n\nKAP Class with Alina Buteica\nChristmas Ceramic Workshop
