But when they are right in front of us\, we tend to just walk past them or push through them with effort and force. \nThis interactive workshop is all about\, openness\, engagement\, and collaboration to: \n\nNotice your own experience in others;\nFind inspiration through engagement and interaction;\nRecognize opportunity in what seems to be a challenge.\n\nThis is your opportunity to discover a new perspective with Sara and Erik. \nAbout the event hosts: \nErik Braun – He realized that a key for success is the engagement with contrasting viewpoints. This inspired him to write a book and to start his own company. (MIROECHO.com). Out of it\, a more universal application of his idea was born: the human EXPERIENCE. Erik has worked as a Business Consultant in the Technology Industry for many years. \nSara Jones – Sara is a psychologist\, embodiment coach\, and facilitator specializing in compassionate therapy and grief work. She is also trained in trauma awareness and conducts research in the areas of grief and intimacy. She is passionate about working with people experiencing difficult life transitions and helping them to explore the experiences\, beliefs and patterns that are holding them back.\nSara runs Lumina Psychotherapy and Coaching in Cascais. \nDate: November 12th\, 2022\nThe event starts at 13:00 until 17:00.
