Let’s come together to dance and tap into our primal instincts, grounding ourselves and listening to the wisdom within our bodies.
The root chakra is all about our instincts, belonging, and feeling grounded in our bodies. It helps us connect to our inner wisdom and build our trusted tribe.
We’ll conclude our time together by creating our own root mandalas, expressing the energy and mood we’ve danced into our drawings.
