Luna House belong to the Lunatar Lda, which has a licence 123994/AL. All the prices include VAT of 6%
The check-in at the property starts from 3pm to 8pm.
The check-out is until 11am. Exceptions are allowed if there is no effect on other reservations and cleaning work.
You will get a key card with access to the property and your room during check-in. Its loss implies the payment of the reproduction.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm the reservation at Luna House B&B. A valid passport or ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
We inform you some of the rooms have access through the stairs. The property has private parking upon request, and outside the property there is free parking as well.
Take in account free parking on a public street may be busy on working days from 9am to 4pm.
As a matter of respect to all of our guests, we ask everyone to be silent after 11pm.All the events organised by Luna House are taking place at the common areas, and our guests will be informed about them in advance.
During your stay all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. In case any damage was caused due to violation of the rules customers are responsible for them. Compensation for the damage may be paid by banking transfer, Stripe payment using credit card, PayPal or in cash due to official receipt by Luna House B&B.
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. Guests are responsible for any information about their presence in Luna House.
In case such injuries occur during the Luna House event we take responsibility to cover medical costs. Luna House is not responsible for any personal body injuries.
Direct Guest Reservations Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable; the deposit will be retained.
Large Group Reservations:
Deposits for large group reservations are non-refundable.
Coliving Offers:
Deposits for coliving offers are non-refundable.
