Join us for 1.5 hour yoga classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM at Luna House in Cascais. Suitable for all levels, our classes will help you release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. All equipment is provided, just wear comfortable clothing and an open mind.
