Adoptive holistic yoga – is a union of traditional and modern yoga practices, and physical activities that allow you to produce steroid-type hormones (youth hormones). It’s a combination of statics and dynamics, strength and flexibility techniques that was implemented by Ukrainian physiotherapist and yogin @sulyk_yurii

– short vinyasas for our muscles; strength training and ADHO mobilization (youth hormones production
