You are invited to create a flower mandala “The Universe Within Me” using clay, eco plasticine, flowers, seeds and other natural materials.
⭕️ What is Mandala?
The mandala is one of the most ancient and universal symbols known to man. Nearly every culture uses mandalas or circular image in their cultural or spiritual practices. Meaning “circle” in Sanskrit, the mandala can be found everywhere from Paleolithic Africa to Middle Age.
🌹 And flowers?
The flower is regarded as one of the most powerful symbols of the Soul, of the Self, of Divinity in both the East and the West. The gentle fragrance, color, and shapes of nature harness feminine energies and charge the spirit. Scientific studies confirm the positive, uplifting effect that flowers can bring.
🌸 Objectives of the flower Mandala workshop: self-discovery; identification of the inner resources, potentials and needs; harmonization of the current state.
🧠 Creating a Mandala is a form of meditation (with clay and flowers). It’s a deep work that includes an enjoyable process (entering your brain’s most productive and happiest state – the flow state) + some surprising results in the end..
