Welcome to a sacred and immersive experience where the transformative powers of cacao, powerful pelvic floor healing & the enchanting kundalini activation through kundalini yoga intertwine.
In this heart-opening ceremony, drink in the sacred cacao, allowing its energy to pour into your heart, awakening your deepest truth. Your true self.
As the meditations on your pelvic floor heal your sense of creativity and connection to your deepest feelings, sink into the activation of your sacred (wild feminine) energy through Kundalini yoga – kriya on self-love. You will learn how to activate your sacred energy to heal your body & mind as a woman*. And you will learn how to use that energy to your own favour – how to manifest what your heart truly desires, and how to charge up your body to the highest vibration possible.
You will awaken your “wild feminine” energy. You will feel like a goddess full of bliss.
BEFORE THE CEREMONY In preparation for this special ceremony, it is best to eat only lightly, enjoy your last meal 2h before the ceremony. It is not advisable to drink coffee before the ceremony, limit if you must to one cup in the morning. Avoid alcohol entirely 1 day before the ceremony and during the day of the ceremony. Stay hydrated before, during, and after the ceremony. Please arrive 10 min before so you can settle into the space. Bring a journal and a pen and your yoga mat. In case you are pregnant or take any medication please let me know.
AFTER THE CEREMONY Please do not drink any coffee or alcohol after the ceremony. A way too many fears might come up if you do so and it will counteract the healing effects of the cacao.
