5 Tibetan Rites – Elixir of Youth

Join us for a powerful event dedicated to clearing out stagnant energy by doing 5 powerful exercises – 5 Tibetan Rites. This practice with a detailed theory is for all people of all ages and body shapes.

You will activate and balance out all 7 energy centres (“chakras”) of your spine. If you wish, you can incorporate them into your daily structure. They will bring you full-body rejuvenation and infinite possibilities of youth. It is said that if you practice 5 Tibetan rites (so called “short yoga”) every day for 10 minutes for 1 year, you will age backwards by 8 years. It is truly powerful practice.

There is a tale about Tibetan monks that have never aged physically and spiritually. And there was a guy who was looking for the elixir of youth until he met these monks. Their secret was practicing 5 Tibetan rites every day for 5-10 minutes before their first meal of the day.
