We will gather at Luna House for a day of deep connection, healing, and fun.
The day begins with an ecstatic dance session, accompanied by a cacao ceremony, and finishes with a perfect Bali Bowl cooked by our amazing chef Anna.
A space for healing, for growth, for expansion. A space for the community. We come together in a ceremony to remember who we are. To remember our connections and powers.
The cacao ceremony is an ancient Mesoamerican ritual of consuming the cacao bean, the dried and partially fermented fruit of the Theobroma cacao tree. It is considered the “food of the gods” in many indigenous cultures.
Ecstatic dance is a type of movement meditation in which participants move freely and spontaneously. The intention is to get out of the mind and into the body, connect with the authentic self, and tap into the creative and healing energy of the body. There is no right or wrong way to dance, and no need for experience or coordination. The only rule is to not touch others and to respect personal space.
