What is Reiki?
Reiki is the name given to the energy healing technique channeled by Mikao Usui.
It can be defined as an ethereal and sacred energy of the Universe which sustains all life. This technique is a hands-on healing and is done by simply channeling the energy of the Universe through your hands.
The spiritual healing happens by awakening our Inner Light, in order to re-connect to our Higher Self.
During this workshop, you will learn the basic knowledge of Reiki and practice the hands-on healing on yourself. You will also learn about crystals, their benefits, and their uses in your daily life or during an energy healing practice.
The workshop is hosted by Sofia, a certified Reiki Teacher from the School “Komyo ReikiDo” founded in Japan by the Buddhist monk Hyakuten Inamoto.
